Job Description & Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the water treatment plant and ensure smooth functioning Monitor plant operators and ensure proper operation of pumps, filters, and treatment systems Check water treatment processes including filtration, chemical dosing, and purification Ensure water quality meets required standards and regulatory guidelines Maintain operational records, logs, and water quality reports Coordinate routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment Ensure safety procedures and environmental compliance are followed Train and guide plant operators on proper operating procedures Monitor chemical usage and maintain adequate inventory levels Report operational issues, performance updates, and maintenance needs to management
